TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At KO Sports, we aim to keep things flexible and hassle-free while ensuring smooth operations. Please review our subscription and cancellation policy carefully to avoid any unexpected charges. 

Subscription Details & Fees

  • Upon subscribing, an initial payment of your first month’s subscription fee will be taken known as a joining fee
  • The first month will be a full month's payment regardless of joining date 

Cancellation & Payment Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we require at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date to process the cancellation.
  • If you cancel within this period, no further payments will be taken after your current billing cycle ends. 

2. Late Cancellation

  • If you do not cancel within the required 14-day window, the next month’s fee will still be charged, and your membership will continue until the end of that billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations. 

3. Managing Your Subscription

  • You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, updates, and payment details.
  • KO Sports cannot amend, cancel, or make changes on your behalf unless emailed in to sports@koacademy.co.uk
  • If you fail to cancel, your subscription will continue automatically, and payments will be taken as scheduled. 

4. Payment Schedule & Failed Payments

  • Payments are taken on the 1st of every month. Please ensure your payment details are updated to avoid disruptions.
  • If your payment fails, you will receive an automatic reminder o update your details. If payment is not updated in time:
  • Your child will be removed from the class register
  • Your subscription will be terminated 

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To Cancel - simply send an email to sports@koacademy.co.uk to state you would like to cancel.

Further Terms

  • HOLIDAY CLUBS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE BOOKED

  • No Parents will be allowed to shout any information from the sidelines at sessions or invited games.

  • Payments are required to secure your space whether you attend or not in that month. Failure to do so could result in you losing your space.

  • If selected for games against Pro Clubs, please attend as failure to do so could result in not being selected again for further games.

  • All Kids have to bring Shin Pads and correct Footwear to outside sessions, ages 4+. Indoor sessions for toddlers do not require shin pads

  • Chewing gum is not allowed in sessions or games

  • KO Sports or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

  • KO Sports reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by updating your JoinIn account.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

  • If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, KO Sports will offer a make-up session, or parents will be Credited off their next payment
